Alison L Robson
Alison L Robson is a writer, a country music lover, and is completely handbag obsessed. She lives on the beautiful Gold Coast, Australia with her husband and two kids.
Alison has been writing romance novels since her early teens, but only self-published her first book in 2021 after realising life is too short to be afraid.
Alison has since gone on to self-publish seven books, which have sold in countries all over the world and earnt her a nomination for best debut author of 2021 by the Australian Romance Readers Association. She also enjoys short story writing and has won/listed in many different competitions, including the Scarlet Stiletto, the Hawkeye Publishing short story competition, RWA flash fiction, AWC Furious Fiction, the Best Australian Yarn, and her short story, Sweet as Honey features in the 2025 RWA Sweet Treats anthology.
Alison is a member of the Gold Coast Writers Association and has hosted several Write and Sip events. She also worked behind the scenes at the 2025 Currumbin Crime Writers Festival.
